Description of Service
Homewatch service tailored for your needs! We arrive at your property to make sure it is secure - the doors and windows closed. We check for any property damage as well for signs of storm damage. If you want, we'll verify the front and back doors are locked and document everything with notes and photos for review via email at your convenience. Add-on services include mail collection, dog walking, watering plants and tenant or elderly check-in. We put any mail in your mailbox in a waterproof bag labeled with our company logo and bring it to your front door or porch, and with a working hose on site we can water your plants. We offer tenant/edlerly check-in, where we'll knock and ask if the person is ok or needs anything, and we'll put everything in our notes along with the photos of the property for review at your convenience. As a Christian company we offer to pray with the elderly who may feel alone and isolated and in need of comfort.

How Long Does Service Take?
About 15-35 minutes! It depends as add-ons can take longer, such as photographing storm damage, chatting with a tenant or doing a welfare check for an elderly person.
